COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Advanced Diver course is a certification level that builds upon the skills and knowledge gained during the Open Water Diver course. The advanced diver course teaches divers how to plan and make dive with better control, awareness and how to manage risks and hazards. The course includes at least 5 open water dives and covers topics such as deep diving, navigation, and dive planning.

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of the Advanced Diver course, participants will receive an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors), which is recognized worldwide.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the Advanced Diver course, participants will have the knowledge and skills to:

• Plan and make dives using dive tables or dive computers
• Navigate using natural references and compass
• Understand and apply dive planning concepts for deeper dives and longer dives
• Recognize and manage potential diving hazards
• Practice good buoyancy control and efficient swimming techniques
• Learn about different diving specialties such as deep diving, night diving, and more.
