We teach divers how to recognize and respond to diving emergencies, as well as how to assist and rescue other divers in distress. The course covers topics such as self-rescue, recognizing and managing stress in other divers, emergency management and equipment, and rescuing panicked and unresponsive divers. The course often includes both classroom and in-water training, and requires a certain level of diving experience and certification before enrolling.
